All you have to do is join this site, after joining you will have to complete few (normally only one) really simple offers/surveys/registration. It can be done in less then 5 mins. Mostly they ask you to join a site, sometimes they ask you to complete a survey. After completing an offer, you have to refer 5 of your friends to do the same. You can refer people from anywhere in the world. Each user gets an unique link using which he can refer people to this site. You can post that link anywhere you want like forums, blogs, etc. Thats it! They will send you a premium account to your email account. I have tried it out personally, and it works. They offer premium accounts not only from fileserve.com but also rapidshare.com, megaupload.com, filesoncic.com, hotfile.com, mediafire.com, depositfiles.com, filefactory.com and uploading.com. They are all valid for one month.
